A startup in the population health space with less than $1MM in revenues was struggling to grow their field teams in response to overwhelming demand for their services.

We quickly identified some areas where we could rapidly deploy technology to scale enough for the next month or two. Then we worked with the leadership team to specify engineering and product roles, and got to work hiring, training, and leading the team.
Once we had initial solutions in place that would help the company handle the first stages of demand, we turned our attention to building out the team and technology necessary to scale the company beyond $10MM/year.
